The house we built in 1999

So we finally "bit the bullet" and built with "Commodore Homes", in Wanneroo. We chose their design called the "Dallas", which is their biggest house, with a living area of 250 square meters, plus a garage of 40 square meters. We then proceeded to move just about every wall in the plan, and add many features, resulting in a budget blow-out of some $20000 over the basic price. Ouch! In 2004, we sold the house and move to a 2 storey house (of similar age) just over the road!
